JCR

Best JCR

This awards is presented to the JCR committee that has succeed across the board in student representation, putting on varied and successful events, running a wide range of successful campaigns, engaging students and showing an outstanding level of commitment to their positions. Their activities over the past year have truly earned them the title of Best JCR.

Nominations are as follows:

Best Events

This award is presented to the JCR committee that has put on the greatest, most successful and varied events over the year, catering to all students in halls. They have successfully strengthened a sense of community where all students feel welcome and part of halls social life.

Best Representation

This award is presented to the JCR committee that have been the most outspoken and dedicated to ensuring their students have their voices heard. This includes attendance at meetings and strengthening the community within halls.

Best Campaigns

This award is presented to the JCR committee that has run the most successful campaigns covering a range of areas from welfare and housing, through security and environment and ethical issues to RAG events and beyond. They have succeeded in raising awareness and engaging students.
